Terms and conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:(a) "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions;(b) "Casino" means Rich Royal Casino;(c) "Player" or "You" means any individual who uses the services provided by the Casino;(d) "Services" means all products and services offered by the Casino, including but not limited to games, bonuses, promotions, and customer support.

USE OF SERVICES

The Player agrees to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations. The Player shall not:(a) Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;(b) Share their account information with third parties;(c) Engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or other unfair practices;(d) Make any representations or warranties regarding the Casino's services or products.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

All bonuses and promotions offered by the Casino are subject to wagering requirements, which shall be specified in the promotional terms and conditions. The Player agrees to meet these requirements before withdrawing any winnings from their account.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Casino reserves the right to modify payment processing fees, payment methods, or payment limits at any time without notice to the Player. All payments made by the Player are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and the Casino regarding the use of the Services. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or discussions, whether written or oral.

INVALIDITY OF PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

BINDING EFFECT

These Terms and Conditions are binding upon the Player and the Casino, and each of their respective successors, assigns, and heirs.

NOTICES

All notices given by the Casino to the Player may be made through email, postal mail, or other electronic means as specified in these Terms and Conditions.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Player agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Any complaints or disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Casino reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the Player.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and the Casino regarding the use of the Services. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Marshall Islands, where the Casino is licensed to operate.
